Rest of photos

Cut isn't finished yet, I'll keep posting logs on this thread until the cut is done assuming this doesnt lock. Would like to get an extra 4kg drop maybe before I just go back to maintenance for a while!

Conclusion regarding the comp:

Came in without a solid plan. But I'm happy where I've ended up and come away with a lot more knowledge than I did when I entered. This has given me a solid foundation of knowledge for when I go onto my second enhanced bulk cycle. I definitely could've and should've started much leaner, leaner than I currently am. I was 93kg, ramped up to 97kg on the 4 weeks prior to comp while the test levels saturated, bulked to 103.6kg if memory serves, and am back down to ~93kg at a clear increase of muscle definition, at least in my eyes (I welcome all opinions and criticisms).

Strength didnt get a big budge and i feel i could've pushed for more muscle, but i had a short Windows as i realised i should've been leaner to begin with. Measurements are not bigger, but they are leaner, which indicates to me clear muscle mass increase. I've been as 82kg in my adult life and not looked this muscular.

Plans for next cycle:

- Get leaner
Be leaner than I am now. Maintain it up to when I cycle
- higher dose
200mg a week my body handled well. Once leaner I didnt feel any high e sides
- diet
Keep the diet healthier and more dialed in for the duration
- strength
Strength focus and include more compound lifts
- cardio
Keep up the cardio at a minimum rate of 3x30 min weekly just to keep the body moving

Lots of improvement to be had. I plan to cycle off entirely until towards mid-end of autumn.

- The future
I'll continue cutting for at least one more month. Then I have a holiday and post-holiday will assess whether to keep cutting or maintain.

Great effort in the competition, @Steven! While it seemed there was some uncertainty without a clear plan, I really appreciated your consistency in tracking your progress. This positive habit has helped you identify areas that are more within your control as you prepare for the next training phase. Keep up the good work!

It's funny thing, we all told get your best potential before you go enhanced, we go through a few enhanced periods and get good results. For me the results was just a bigger version of I was really.

What was the best approach for me was to get as lean as possible on TRT, establish a sustainable diet and training routine, increase in PEDs, then lean on TRT (last competition) again, grow with PEDs, and then in the current competition, apply well-known principles along with PEDs.

Looking great, this is pretty much my goals.

Can clearly see an increase in muscle mass and definition...looking great. Well done on completion of the comp!

Thanks heaps bro!

Yeah definitely has been a great experience to learn from and the logging helped a lot in seeing where I was going. I'm definitely in a better place with routine and diet now than I was by miles and will continue it indefinitely

I think that the last couple of comp was locked on completion☺️

Some us has already transitioned to the Anabolic steroids page 😁
