Diet Overview: simple diet. Easy for me that way. Currently 2900 calories
270g protein
225g carbs
90g fats
5 meals daily. Meals will be attached in logging including changes made to weights or complete meal switch outs


Training Schedule:
Coach to be locked in before blast.
Currently using a loose push/pull/legs approach but always listening to my body.

Training 5-6 days a week. I struggle to take days off. Cardio 4-5 days a week. Ranging 20-40 minutes on bike

Goal for the Competition:
currently stripping down as much fat as possible In hopes my blast will be adding lean mass but my main goal here is to have fun and interact with fellow members. Learning new things and giving advice where I feel I can

Physically I want to bring up my legs and outer chest. Genetically I’m a very skinny lanky build so building up my legs is a very slow burn

Health Status
Health is fine. Telmisartan permanently to control blood pressure. Blood work normally taken every 8 weeks but switching up to every 12 weeks as my doctor advises it due to Medicare not wanting to cover my overseeing of steroid use 😂

Dhb experience from one lab was great but then they did an exit scam and found out alot or their stuff was not dosed correctly and/or labelled with different compounds lol. So I choose not to speak on it.

I’ve got my boys using my sponsors dhb and they absolutely scream about it. Apparently it’s simply the best lol

Taking it a little easy as I’m on the back end of my cold and hayfever.

150mg test c cruise has now been bumped into sports mode to feel involved with the comp. 3 weeks til blast commences 💪🏽

250ml egg whites with 2 whole eggs
50g oats blended with 1 scoop gold standard whey. Tastes like cake batter.

Hayfever is killer at this time of year, especially with the wind thats around the place!

Just curious about the test cyp, is there a particular reason why you cruise with the cyp over the enanthate. From what I know the only difference between the 2 compounds is that cyp has a slighlty longer half life? I've never tried cyp before.
