Training Schedule:
Coach to be locked in before blast.
Currently using a loose push/pull/legs approach but always listening to my body.
Training 5-6 days a week. I struggle to take days off. Cardio 4-5 days a week. Ranging 20-40 minutes on bike
Goal for the Competition:
currently stripping down as much fat as possible In hopes my blast will be adding lean mass but my main goal here is to have fun and interact with fellow members. Learning new things and giving advice where I feel I can
Physically I want to bring up my legs and outer chest. Genetically I’m a very skinny lanky build so building up my legs is a very slow burn
Health Status
Health is fine. Telmisartan permanently to control blood pressure. Blood work normally taken every 8 weeks but switching up to every 12 weeks as my doctor advises it due to Medicare not wanting to cover my overseeing of steroid use
