I'm sensing a @Skays cookbook could be on the cards!

I got my 2 Cortisone shots yesterday. They were supposed to do it on different days but the Dr said it was fine to do it on the same day. Which actually suited me better. I'll be off the weights for the rest of this week. Hopefully next week I'll jump back on again. The timing is putrid but it is what it is. I've got damage from C2 to C7.

That's rough. Hang tough!

What are cortisone shots like?

What are cortisone shots like?
The actual shots are given under an ultrasound to guide the precise injection into the cervical spine (neck region). They first inject with a local then inject straight into the nerve root. Because of the local you don't feel anything. The actual Cortisone injection is a steroid that helps reduce the inflammation.

Wishing you a speedy recovery and hope the cortisone gives you some relief.

Could recommend BPC157 5mg + TB500 5mg enough for any improvement in injury recovery
