I don’t eat anything processed. Only whole quality foods. I get my sugar from honey and fruits

Typically day
Breakfast : 1.5 cups of oats with oat milk and 2 boiled eggs
Lunch : some sort of meat with rice with fruit
Before gym : 4 bits of quality sourdough from the bakery with honey and 2 cans of salmon in olive oil
Dinner varies but usually, pasta,
Homemade soup with rice noodles, roast veggies with chicken etc

Everything is Home made !

Training schedule
I train 4-5 days a week. Extremely heavy, everything to failure
Chest and shoulders
Back and arms
Legs
I split my leg routine up - hamstring one day including deadlifts etc
Thighs - Squats the other day

Goal for competition
Build 8kg of muscles

Everything is perfect

Everything looks on point bro. Are you going to keep the test at 200mg?
Gonna jump up to 300mg next week. It’s the highest I’ll go cause I get to many side effects.
I’m really enjoying 200mg. I’m yet to find the perfect rang so I’m gonna have a play around with it this cycle
