Hi Team have been on my journey for almost 2 years and have been plagued eith injuries post and pre training. Before I found HGH I would come home sore and hate the 2 day burn after a massive session. Then was introduced to HGH and WOW this stuff is amazing. No pain or soreness and no 2nd day burn, I can actually get in there and do another massive session, and so it day after day.

Does anyone else feel the same, or how is their experience?

Hey Natz,

Wow.thats a big dose mate, I take 3iu daily of a morning after I workout, mind you I have gone up to 5 and 6iu and I started to get the shakes and twitches, so I am.happy with the 3iu dosage

I needed at least 3 iu for 2 months to notice anything. Looking forward to using it more with a lower calorie cruise and some cardio

I take 6 IU split between morning and night. The benefits are huge. Faster healing, improved collagen synthesis and better tendon/joint support. But staying consistent with GH is key to maintaining those effects long term.

By staying consistent do you mean every day? This year I’ve dropped back to training days only and haven’t noticed a difference regarding joints, skin & recovery. I haven’t confirmed with bloodwork but I’m assuming that IGF levels stay elevated for at least a few days which works out much more economical.

I get what you're saying but GH works best when you’re consistent. It’s got a short half-life but the real benefits like better joints, collagen and recovery build up over time, not just when you take it. Yes, IGF-1 hangs around for a bit but GH also kicks off other repair processes that actually need regular dosing to keep going. Pinning only on training days leaves results on the table when it comes to long-term gains. I may be wrong but that's what I've read and heard over the years.
