We’ve got 19 participants and I’m not letting one number stop us. I’ve got the green light to move forward – the comp is officially on!
Please make this comp count. What won last year wasn’t the most gear – it was
consistency, interaction, and transformation. You can’t have one without the others.
You could have the best transformation, but if you’re not active in your log and not engaging with others on the forum – whether it’s encouraging another competitor, helping answer a new member’s question or just being part of conversations – it will affect your overall score. All of this contributes to your communication tally, which is a key part of judging.
It’s not just about posting your training – it’s about building each other up. We’re building a community that reflects the
AGW way: supportive, inclusive and no egos.
We don’t tolerate arrogance or rudeness. This forum has earned a rep as a place where anyone can ask a question and get genuine help
without being ridiculed.
I’m reposting the rules and the judging matrix from last year. Everything is
transparent – no tricks, just clear, fair criteria for how the winners are chosen.

nutrition, training, dedication, and how you contribute to the community that really counts.
