To create your log, just make a new post in the competition category, paste in the template (see below link), and use the same format for the log heading, just insert your username.

You will need to upload your entry photos. Remember, one of your photos must show you holding a piece of paper with your username and the current date. This is essential for authentication. Please make sure to follow the template so your log can be quickly approved.

If you have any questions or need help with the process, don’t hesitate to reach out!

Let’s get those logs up and photos uploaded, can’t wait to see everyone’s starting points! Good luck!

Yes, you’ll need to start a brand new log for the competition. All your updates should go into that new log during the comp. Once it’s over, you can return to your original log and pick up where you left off.

$10,000 in TOTAL Prize Money

Last year’s comp was a massive success, but this year we’re taking it to the next level with $10,000 in total prize money up for grabs. If you’re serious about transforming your physique and want a shot at some serious cash, now’s the time to step up.

PRIZE MONEY:

1st Place – $5,000
2nd Place – $3,000
3rd Place – $2,000

For this competition to go ahead, we need at least 20 members to register their interest. If we don’t hit that number, the comp won’t happen. If we do, the competition kicks off June 1st and runs until September 30th.

HOW TO ENTER:
Simply post “I’m in” on this thread to confirm your spot. Registering your interest is crucial—without enough competitors, the comp won’t run.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• A competition format very similar to last year’s.
• Transformation-based judging—whether you’re cutting, bulking, or doing a full recomp, it’s all about the best overall progress.
• Full details, rules, and prize conditions will be released soon.

Hey Team,

Just a quick reminder - the end of the month is fast approaching, and we need all logs submitted and approved before June 1st. Please try not to leave it until the last minute if you can help it.

To keep things fair and running smoothly, we do have a minimum of 20 entries required for the comp to kick off. There’s a lot of prize money on the line, and without enough entries, unfortunately, we won’t be able to go ahead with a comp of this size.

Let’s not let all the effort go to waste - get those logs in and let’s make this happen together!

Ok thank god i checked as its says we can post them but not promote them.
So that would have got me booted out.
