Advice for an oral steroid

Need some advice please, im currently over weight but just started back at the gym. I'm an ex mma fighter age 45, 111kgs, 173cm tall. I hate how much I've let myself slide. I've just started running hgh, ozempic and clem but thinking of taking an oral steroid. Over needles so what would be my best option. Any advice would be greatly appreciated 🤙

Don't be hard on yourself bro. Ozempic by itself is sufficient with appetite control and weight loss. Adding anything more right now, not necessary. You'd want to first focus on diet adjustments, consistent gym and seeing how your body responds to Ozempic alone. Adding Clen and HGH can be done but they also increase complexity and potential sides. It'll be more effective to stick with Ozempic initially and reassess the need for additional help after monitoring your progress.

This would be a better approach than loading yourself with loads of compounds.

Generally if taking orals a test base is best depends on how much you over needles i guess.
low dose anavar might help, lots of studies on it, best to research for yourself , plenty of information out there. Pros and cons
But get bloods first
And supplements for liver etc

You are already quite medicated, no need to push it (but ozempic seems to affect lean mass). Personally, I am trying to lose weight as well. I recently discovered that taking 5 to 6 scoops of protein powder in the morning really suppresses my appetite for the whole day, and I have also been gaining a lot of lean muscle mass. ( following a paper that showed 3.5g of protein per kg helped a lot for weight loss/ increase lean mass, that seems the case)

Sorry, I only skimmed earlier for my previous comment, didn’t see your bodyweight and Ozempic use. Running test and orals at lower body fat (10-15%) reduces estrogen-related side effects, while improving insulin sensitivity and overall results. As @gymwhore said, orals should always be run with a test base as they all shut down your production to some extent. Running gear at high body fat increases risks and diminishes gains, so it’s best to start lean if you have the patience.
 
closely monitor muscle being on ozempic, that's the biggest factor with it, muscle loss generally occurs, how much that's mitagated by weight training & protien is something to track, then of course if your gonna do test, then that's probably mitagates ozempic muscle loss completely I would assume, but i'd like to know if anyone else has tracked that etc?
