5 tips to get shredded

I have been doing alot of reading of late and have come to a few conclusions when it comes to getting shredded and jacked.

1. Going for a short walk after every meal to help with digestion.

2. Keeping up with your carbs so you have natural energy source to build muscle

3. Sleep is a major factor, you body will not grow and repair without it.

4. Stress - keeping your stress levels low

5. Can anyone guess what this would be?
 
That's a good list, you nailed some of the biggest factors here. My few cents...Training hard, eating right and consistency.

Protein needs to be kept high to hold muscle, don’t crash your calories too fast and get your electrolytes in (y)
