Hi all
Im sitting around 130kg, 128kg on a good day.
Been back at the gym for a few months now.
Dropped done from 142kgs.
Training 3 to 4 days a week
Mostly eating protein.
Breakfast 4 eggs
Lunch tuna and rice
Dinner steak and greens
Multivitamins
D3+k
Fish oil
Blood test completed will be having appointment with health doctor..test at 5.6%

I have a mate who competed in strongman
We are just finding my base line
Most exercises are 4x 8-10
 
Well i have been off test since the week of Xmas due to cactus health shut down.
So its been 8 weeks without it and yes its gotin in my head that i do need it.
Went to local doctor handed my referral over he couldnt help me ( We knew that) so i have reached out to @nexuspharma and started a small order.
So moving forward it will be the same but different.
Test E 250 1 mil every 10 days ( .5 every 5 days)
Deca 0.5 mil every 7 days to help repair the 40yr old knees
I did similar protocol last year with good results. Previous year was similar but only average results due to higher body fat, Small addition of Decca made a big difference for older joints.
