Where do you buy your supplements from? What are the good brands ?

Bulk Nutrients for me too, I've tried a few of the half price stuff from Chemist Warehouse when it's on offer and have always regretted it. ALL the ones I've had from a store have had an emulsifier in it, horrid. Especially when you make one at night for first thing when you wake up and it turns to a sludgy jelly.

Agree with you 100% Chinz but I do sometimes like to take a few supps handy 😂
Yeah in reality it's true, but it would be practically impossible for me to have the right diet without supplements. Protein is the easier one, but with creatine at a minium of 5mg you'd need over a 1kg of meat a day to get the same.

I get few differ supplement

My protien of choice is Max's shred system or maxine burn i buy direct from their websites the beginner shredd pack is great value for money - for your first order use copoun code welcome10 for 10% off

For a pre-workout I love krupt supps villian stupid high stim and their flavours are amazing - use reacher10 for 10% off all orders

My vitamin and such i normally just head to chemist warehouse to be honest they always have decent pricing

I usually buy mine from Holland & Barrett — I like that the labels are clear, and it’s easy to browse in store or online.
Some brands I trust:
  • Solgar
  • Myprotein
  • Now Foods
  • Garden of Life
  • Optimum Nutrition
If you tell me your budget or what you're looking for (vitamins, protein, etc.) I can narrow it down more for you.

Just wondering where everyone buys there supplements from and what the good brands out there are ? In the past I've only ever really used whey isolate, but more recently I've started using pre-workouts, creatine, NAC, magnesium and mutli-vitamins. It's starting to get relatively expensive, but I am told the brands I'm using are "high quality". Which is fair enough , I don't mind paying extra for high quality , but I DO mind wasting money :)

This is my shopping list at the moment:

Emrald Labs Iso Zero - https://emraldlabs.com/products/iso-zero
Emrald Labs Creatine - https://emraldlabs.com/products/creatine-monohydrate
Emrald Labs NAC - https://emraldlabs.com/products/n-acetyl-cysteine-nac
Emrald Labs Multi-Vitamin gummies - https://emraldlabs.com/products/multi-vitamin-gummy

Are the above products are fairly priced for their quality ? Or should I be shopping around ? I have had a bit of a look, but its a minefield out there, and this place I get it from is just down the road from me , so its very convenient.
You’ve got a solid stack there! Emrald Labs is pretty well-known for decent quality.
