This is probably a dumb question but I'm going to ask cause Im just curious on everyones thoughts. If Tren is 5x more powerful than Test, why do people always seem to say anything under 350mg a week is too low. Wouldn't 200mg of Tren a week be similar to a gram of Test?
 
No dumb questions here bro. There are other factors that go into how effective a steroid is besides its Anabolic/Androgenic Ratio. On paper, Tren is 5x stronger than Test, but that doesn't mean 200mg Tren will equal 1000mg Test result wise.
 
Ran tren at 25mg/day(175mg) first week I ever tried it. Then went up to 35 mg/day(245mg) for about 4-5 weeks then 45 mg/day(315mg) for 3 weeks. Was great from the start. Absolutely effective at those doses. Love the compound.

I don't believe 350mg/week is the minimum by any stretch. It's a good dose.
 
I've seen mates using very high doses of tren, and I am glad that I don't have to go that high. In my experience low doses have always been effective for me. After years of using tren I've have found it to be much stronger than test. But it's important to find the right balance between gains and side effects... which can be very tricky.

Using more tren doesn't always mean better results ;)

Don't run tren by itself, always run test with it. Tren is potent, don't underestimate it. A little goes a long ways if you go that route.

You our asked about 200mg a week, honestly with test that is more than an appropriate amount for many (and your lipids will still suffer), some will beg to differ. Lastly tren does work very potently so you will probably be quite happy if you just give it a chance (these things don't happen over night), just be informed and watch your blood. Lastly these are very conservative suggestions that won't reap enormous change.

I run tren acetate 150mg every other day , it's the bomb , I've tried 4 brand so far , and all of them gave me the tren cough so i know the stuff i used had always been legit .I was scared the first times ( many years ago ) now I know that I have to suffer for 2-3 minutes 😅

Anyone who knows anything will tell you that you don't need a lot to do a lot.

If you're eating right training right and recovering right, as a newbie, you'll get great results on low dose Tren.

I'd run regular Tren cycles most my life.

Had about 3-4 years off training.
Last cycle was a few years before that.
I was eating shit. Drinking.
Destroyed my physique.

Trained natty for 6 months until I decided it was time to capitalise on muscle memory and what was effectively newbie gains.

Ran 250/100 test tren weeks 1-4 on about 3800cal, gained nearly 10kg in those weeks.

After 12 weeks it was about 13kg but with a massive shift in composition.

You won't expect those kind of drastic results on such low doses the more trained you are and the more tolerant you become to gear, but first time, no need for big doses, you also want to be able to gauge your bodies response.

Running high or low, it's not a magic potion, you still gotta nail eat sleep train repeat.
