noticably i probably would a back loaded a extra 1ml of each compound first week
and add in superdrol from week 8 to 12

It's only your first week, you won't see any proper change for about 4 to 5 weeks. I wouldn't worry too much about a little weight gain as this is expected and just like @natzz said its more than likely water. Appetite increase is also normal. Just make sure you don't binge. Eat big clean meals and you'll be sweet. Don't be scared to eat as this is the only way your going to grow.
thank you so much, the progress looks slow but I can feel the difference, i think the genetics plays a big role tooJust checking out your log, I think you're on the right track. Don't get hung up on the water retention. It happens. As long as you're consistent and strict, you won't have any issues reaching your goals.

25th May 2024
Weight = 72.80kg
Body Fat = 23.0%
Muscle Mass = 73.1%
Water = 52.8%

I can see slightly bigger from my last week post, not much different, looks slow and maybe because the genetics or low dosage
its only 2nd week anyway, same energy same power at the gym like last week
still continue with the same pattern of the diet menu, pretty much same calorie intake like last week as well
Please judge me
