bro, what's going on with those veins ...Shoulders today.
Really enjoy doing shoulders lately as I’m starting to feel a bit of growth in them again and is helping with my overall upper body strength and also balancing it out..
My rear Delts are really starting go again, which is good and it’s just helping with my overall development

SIDE LATERAL RAISE 12 reps 4 sets
BENT OVER REVERSE FLYS 12 reps 34sets
PLATED FRONT RAISES 12 reps 4 sets
UP RIGHT ROW 12 reps 4 sets
Not too bad a workout but I couldn’t quite get my pump (have been a lot lately) which I was a bit concerned over but that’s alright. I’ll make sure I eat the day and get ready for a big workout tomorrow.

Bro I feel that. Once you hit a certain age, this shit just becomes part of who we are. It’s wired into our DNA. You don’t even think about it half the time, you just show up and get it done. And we all have those stretches where we’re over it, where the fire’s just not there, but you grind anyways cause you know it’s what keeps you sane.
