bro, what's going on with those veins ...Shoulders today.
Really enjoy doing shoulders lately as Iām starting to feel a bit of growth in them again and is helping with my overall upper body strength and also balancing it out..
My rear Delts are really starting go again, which is good and itās just helping with my overall development

SIDE LATERAL RAISE 12 reps 4 sets
BENT OVER REVERSE FLYS 12 reps 34sets
PLATED FRONT RAISES 12 reps 4 sets
UP RIGHT ROW 12 reps 4 sets
Not too bad a workout but I couldnāt quite get my pump (have been a lot lately) which I was a bit concerned over but thatās alright. Iāll make sure I eat the day and get ready for a big workout tomorrow.

Bro I feel that. Once you hit a certain age, this shit just becomes part of who we are. Itās wired into our DNA. You donāt even think about it half the time, you just show up and get it done. And we all have those stretches where weāre over it, where the fireās just not there, but you grind anyways cause you know itās what keeps you sane. Good to have you backI was a little bit of a break of late. I just thought Iād give a quick update on how long things going. Iāve been quietly staying very consistent and obviously staying true to my diet too.
As you all know diet is a key to it may have to be consistent with your training for sure..
Work has been very hard to deal with as itās very busy but Iām making sure I get in and do my thing..
Today was the day of a bit of everything where basically spent an hour working two exercises for each different body part
BENCH PRESS
MACHINCE FLYS
SINGLE CABLE TRI PIUSH DOWN
PREACHER CURLS
LATERAL SIDE RASIES
LEG EXTENSIONS
CALF RAISES
LAT PULL DOWNS
ALL 4-5 sets or 14 reps
Been sticking to the door which has been very good and being consistent with my food primarily on heavy on protein about a 60/30/10 of protein/carbs/fats or 3800 cals a day
Still test e, mast and HGH
