Approved Log New Member, Old fighter

Well back in the gym I have another week off due to work commitments just too busy and too tired. Coming home from work after 12 hour days and working both Saturday and Sundays killed me but the road Recovery is good and the road to back into my grind is good also and I don’t think I’ve lost too much.

FLAT DUMBBELL BENCH PRESS
INCLINE BARBELL PRESS
INCLINE PLATE PRESS
PECK DECK FLYS
PUSH UPS
TRICEP PUSH DOWN
SKULL CRUNCHES
OVERHEAD ROPE EXTENSION
12 reps 4 sets

Overall, I’m happy with the progress again over the last two days but that week absolutely killed myself. It’s gonna take me a while to recover from it.

Hopefully get my diet back on point also, but was reasonable over my break anyway..

Also, I’ve been using meythale blue and been amazing thing to have along with my extra training.. more focused more determined. This product is very underrated.
I just seen @TrenButt with the blue methylene as well. 🧐
 
I’ve been using Methylene blue pretty much this whole year and I’ve been loving it
What's the dose your on? I read that different dosages lead to different effects, like low doses for mental clarity/energy/recoveryt but the higher doses kills bacteria/parasites and can cause sides.
 
Sorry for being absent and gentlemen and ladies .. it’s just I’ve had a lot of stuff going on with my son and I’ve had to sort out and take some time away for a week but it’s all under control now and I can breath a sigh of relief which is great..

Had a quick but short work yesterday and another quick short workout today as I’m getting back into it so I’m doing a whole body workouts each time at the moment while I get my body back into it..

Unfortunately, as an ectomorph doesn’t take time for me to start going catabolic and eating away myself and of course a fair bit of stress doesn’t help with it as well.. back to it but!

Sandy to get my appetite back and eating well again after it’s obviously hard to eat the shape of stress going on in your life but as I said, I’m back on track and going really good

Also took a week off my cycle, but I’ll be back on it now still using the Test/Mast combo and some HGH.. works best for me

Well, actually love Easter Sunday for the gym because if you go nice and early… there’s literally no one there and that’s great because you can do what you want when you want and how you want..

Back and little triceps today.. was a really good workout and also put a complete picture below of my upper body how the structures come along along.. not that I’m really worried about it because I won’t be competing but I like to stay complete and strong..

“Stand Tall, Walk Forward” was what my fight career always revolved around and it’s still going today humbly 🙏
