Well back in the gym I have another week off due to work commitments just too busy and too tired. Coming home from work after 12 hour days and working both Saturday and Sundays killed me but the road Recovery is good and the road to back into my grind is good also and I don’t think I’ve lost too much.

Overall, I’m happy with the progress again over the last two days but that week absolutely killed myself. It’s gonna take me a while to recover from it.
Hopefully get my diet back on point also, but was reasonable over my break anyway..
Also, I’ve been using meythale blue and been amazing thing to have along with my extra training.. more focused more determined. This product is very underrated.
