1st session I about a week due to copping a mad facial injury a week or so ago at a punk show in Newy. Turned out to be a fractured cheek and will require surgery, yay

Thankfully a lot of the swelling has gone down, still quite painful but.
Upper Body sesh went well. Few funny looks rocking a mad black eye but haha.
