Welcome to the forum brother. Your cycle and plan look well thought out for a first run. It will give you the opportunity to gauge how your body reacts. My suggestion would be to get your blood work done before the cycle, mid-cycle and approx 6 weeks after.

Keep an Arimidex on hand just in case you might need it. The bloods you get mid-cycle will give you a better indication if you need it or not.

4K calories should support your goal of adding mass but be mindful to get those cals from quality foods.... plenty of lean protein, complex carbs and healthy fats. Tracking macros will help.

Your training split is great. Focus on progressive overload and track your weights so you can increase as you progress.

Last thing... Arimidex is not for PCT. You’ll need Nolvadex or Clomid 👊

Welcome to the forum. Be careful with arimidex as it really lowers your HDL and raises your HDL Cholesterol. With 250 mg test you probably won’t need any AI . If you find you do need an AI then try splitting up you dose to either twice or 3 times a week and that should help with the build up of E2. Also you can use 27 gauge needles rather then the 23 gauge harpoons. Less scar tissue build up and you can use 1 ml syringes then. Apart from that your cycle looks good and enjoy. 👍👍😎
