Approved Log My Training Log - First Cycle Log

And Friday done now too. 4 this week is pretty good.
Very much have felt lower energy this week. Attribute that to the Reta, has killed any actual interest in eating as well, going to need to make sure I get my protein in on the weekend.

Little bit of a delayed update thanks to kids sharing everything they pick up from school and day care and spending the last two days in bed or on the couch. Hopefully starting to see the otherside of it now.
Heading out of week 2 into week 3 of back on track, Reta is working incredibly, potentially too well, dropped just over a kilo last week which is good, wouldn't want more than that to be honest. It's killed the extra snacks I'm most just running off quality meals and a couple of drinks to keep the protein numbers up. Training last week was overall really good.
No news on the foot apart from some direction from the physio which was all good. Just gotta keep waiting.

No updates really so to keep my posts going I thought I'd ramble a bit about my plans.
Currently running reta and cruising on test. Plan is for that to get me back down to around 80kg. That should hopefully put me around 15% bf hopefully.
If the reta keeps me consistent about 1kg a week I'm looking at early June to hit that goal. Hopefully by then I'll have gone back through surgery to get the metal back out of my foot and recovered from that and be hitting the gym hard.
Depending on when the surgery is will largely depends when I go through another blast with just test, I had good results from 500mg a week so I'll just run that again for a cycle.
Had some interesting questions asked when I was in recovery from surgery regarding my heart rate, especially after the Dr saw something about my hormone blood tests on my record, they didn't really pry when I told them I was on prescribed TRT, technically the true, though I think it was mostly my OCD meds but I think I'll drop the reta and test for the week leading up to the surgery this time, assuming I get enough notice.
With that plan and everything, hoping I will be hitting some good goals by my birthday in August, and some great milestones by the end of year, despite a rough start.
The goal remains, get lean and get my tdee high enough I can eat whatever I feel like without getting fat again(as long as I keep lifting and getting my protein in).
