Approved Log My Training Log - First Cycle Log

End of this first stage of recovery is on the horizon. Just 1 more week to go and then hopefully I'll be back in the gym. Anyone got any good suggestions for leg exercises that don't use the foot? Other than leg extenions and leg curls of course.
 
Unfortunatly you’re pretty limited. I'd say hip thrusts? you can keep it light and controlled.
 
Back at boys. Super happy to finally get back into the gym.
Expectedly dropped some strength in legs but still feel strong. Had to drop warm-up cardio, not really sure what I can replace that with.
Going again tomorrow is the plan, and next I'll be aiming to get back to 5 days. Got reta ready to go and plan to start that this week, upped my supply of test ready for a cycle post surgery part 2. Huge shoutout to OzSteroids supporting me through this and keep posted for post logs continuing and improving now I'm on the proper road to recovery.

Feels great to be back to it and immediately seeing progress from locking back in, despite the changes I've needed to make.
Week 1 on Reta was largely inconsequential, nothing noticed, positive or negative.
Week 2 kicked it up to 2mg and then immediately did notice effects, very weird night sleep, not bad per say, just weird, weird dreams, some weird restless wake times but still got a decent night sleep for the most part. Run a little bit warmer, as expected. Little bit of nausea, nothing particularly bad though, also largely expected. Breakfast took longer to eat than normal. Mixed feelings on whether I jumped up too much to fast or not but at this stage I gotta ride out the week regardless.

Tuesday's timeslot got scheduled into a psychologist appointment. Very important to focus on your mental health too boys. Get those brain reps in. Much to our dismay we cannot actually hide our feelings in our muscles. Could've fit the workout in but I was feeling very low energy, I suspect the reta and less calories.
Since hitting 2mg it has killed my snacking. Which is great.
So in that case Wednesday became Tuesday and we got through another workout.

Whoops almost forgot to post a couple of days. Here's Thursday, got told by the physio to add back in the treadmill even though I'm still in the boot. Wasn't super comfortable but good to have that little bit of cardio back in.
