Starting to plan what's next, when I go back to a cruise and a cut in a couple of weeks, I'm thinking I'll dial down the intensity and add in a bit more cardio and core focus and do a big push for leaning out. This is the PPL+Cardio plan I've put together for myself. I'm a simple man so I've kept it pretty simple, I'll still be aiming for 8-12 reps and pushing for progressive overload, but ultimately happy with maintaining strength or only slow increases. I hate cardio at the best of time, so I've kept it pretty light, just hitting the treadmill initially, but as the weather improves, I might try getting outside onto an oval or something and attempt some interval jogging or something.
