I would'nt be worried with atLittle bit more of a weight jump, but still not being concerned yet. Plus, it was nice to enjoy the far too many birthday celebrations in the one week.

Keep at it, but if you’ve been stuck for a while try mixing in some negatives for strength.Pullups are stalling a bit,
