12 Week Cycle:
12 weeks - 500mg Per week Testosterone Enanthate - 250mg injected Mon and Thursday - Nexus Pharmacies
8 weeks - 350mg Per week Trenbolone Acetate / ED injection of 50mg - Nexus Pharmacies

AI & PCT :

Aromasin 12.5mg - Dosed after Test injection generally
P5P 300mg per day.
Caber 0.25mg dosed if my prolactin gets out of control.
No Pct - Cruise test 150mg afterwards.

Diet Overview: (brief description of your typical daily diet)
Focused on body recomposition and sticking to maintenance calories while keeping it simple. The goal is a high-protein, high-carb, low-fat diet at around 2,500 calories per day. Chicken, rice, and broccoli are my go-to staples, but I’m keeping the meals creative to avoid burnout. With the plan in place, the tren should take care of the rest.
Training Schedule: (days per week, types of workouts)
Currently running a PPLPPLR routine to target specific areas. Triceps get extra attention on push days since they’ve lagged a bit post-surgery, while pull days focus on biceps and improving my back. For legs, I alternate between glute/lower back-focused days and quad/hamstring-focused days. Training Monday through Saturday with Sunday as a rest day. I’ve also added sauna sessions after leg days to boost recovery.

Goal for the Competition:
Recomp!

Health Status (mention any medical conditions or injuries):
Great health, have had surgery this year on my arm and have just recovered from it the past few months and looking to get my gains back.

Welcome to the forum. Plan sounds good to me, the only thing I'd keep an eye on is how your body reacts to the cycle, especially tren. Could you give us bit of history on your cycles in the past?

Your diet also looks good. Training wise, listen to your body as you bounce back from surgery. Don't push too hard just in case until your 100%

Adding sauna sessions is gold for recovery. Best of luck with your goals and shout out if you need any tips or advice. Looking forward to seeing your progress!

I've ran Tren this time last year at 500mg p/w the only real side effect I ever get from it is vivid dreams and a bit of acid reflux and small amounts of hair shedded. Otherwise my bloods are good with it lipids dont get cooked either. Works well for me and I love the mental sides if im being honest so it's a win win for me haha.

Good to know. Tren can be a bit of an unleashed beast 😂

The Tren 350mg for this cycle is a good choice, I think 500mg is overkill.
