Diet Overview: (brief description of your typical daily diet)
Focused on body recomposition and sticking to maintenance calories while keeping it simple. The goal is a high-protein, high-carb, low-fat diet at around 2,500 calories per day. Chicken, rice, and broccoli are my go-to staples, but I’m keeping the meals creative to avoid burnout. With the plan in place, the tren should take care of the rest.
Training Schedule: (days per week, types of workouts)
Currently running a PPLPPLR routine to target specific areas. Triceps get extra attention on push days since they’ve lagged a bit post-surgery, while pull days focus on biceps and improving my back. For legs, I alternate between glute/lower back-focused days and quad/hamstring-focused days. Training Monday through Saturday with Sunday as a rest day. I’ve also added sauna sessions after leg days to boost recovery.
