Hey guys,

Reporting here on this mornings full body session.

As mentioned above, I emphasised recovery yesterday so I was able to hit it hard today and got a crazy pump after working the muscles at 110%!

I can definitely notice more fullness specifically in the arms, and as mentioned in a previous log, I am leaning out slowly but surely so fingers crossed the abs come in properly within a month or two.

I did also notice that my usual weights for tricep push downs felt a lot easier this morning so I’ve definitely had some considerable tricep development which is great to see because it’s not a muscle group I typically think about, so to see even the things I’m not as fixated on, developing well, is awesome to see.

I have also noticed considerable back gains in the mirror. This isn’t just due to leaning out, but also really focusing on my back development as of late. I’m looking forward to showcasing an insane back soon enough!

Can’t wait to smash it out next week and get back to you guys.

See a post workout pic today and see you soon

Cheers
Awesome progress 👊

Hey guys,

Today I’ll have two logs going up reporting on Thursdays and todays workout, and a final log up tomorrow.

For Thursdays workout I hit a full body session in the morning before work, and really annihilated the chest as it is one of the body parts I want to bring up. It’s by no means a weak point but it isn’t as developed as some other areas so I really hit it hard with cable flies and chest press.

I also made sure to do a weigh in for you guys and I’m thrilled to say that I weighed in at about 120kg on Thursday, and given the overall conditioning I have, that’s a pretty big achievement. If I can get abs at this body weight than I would have accomplished my first goal since becoming enhanced which is 120kg with abs!

At the moment I really I have my eye on the new competition that starts in June being run by @gearmaniac101 so I want to be in the best shape possible me to take home the prize!

I think with my current rate of progression I can definitely take it down by keeping on gaining mass!

See a post workout picture below

Cheers guys

Hey guys,

Checking in for the second time today after this mornings arm and shoulder workout.

Just hit biceps, triceps and all three heads of the felt to get a pump this morning. Was in and out within an hour but still had an intense session.

Similar to my previous post, my current sessions are talking geared toward priming me for the upcoming transformation competition, so whilst I focused on brining up the chest on Thursday, I focused more on other areas today, and you can see the arms and shoulders developing really well. I’m getting much more roundness in the delts and fullness in the biceps which is great to see, and my triceps are really hard and dense when flexed which shows that they have been developed to a really high level.

Tomorrow I’ll be checking in for the last time this week after a good recovery day.

See a post workout pic and see you guys next time

Hey guys,

Checking in after a long week of workouts and other stuff to report on progress and goals.

Overall I’m really happy with the intensity that I’ve been training with as of late. I’ve been needing more recovery time between sessions which shows how I’ve really been pushing myself hard, and the results are showing.

Coming into the end of the month I really want to bring my chest up in preparation for the physique competition coming up on AGW, as well as leaning out to prime myself for the best possible chance at taking home first place.

I am dropping fat slowly but surely, and I’m confident that the abs will be in full effect by the end of the completion. I have reached my initial goal body weight of 120kg, however my overall conditioning does need to be improved for me to be fully content with where im at.

If I can get there by the time the competition ends be over the moon!

Even though I didn’t train today, ill more than likely be resting up tomorrow too as Saturdays session is still weighing up on me, and so I’ll be sure to report after Tuesdays workout!

Cheers guys all the best

That recovery lag just means you’re leaving it all in the gym and that’s where real progress happens. Hitting 120kg is an achievement. Just need to stay on that track, keep that intensity up but don’t burn out either. Sometimes skipping that extra session is what keeps the engine running long term.

Thank you for the kind words and advice!

Hey guys,

Checking in twice today, this is log 1 where I’ll be reviewing Tuesdays full body workout.

I really felt my triceps during this workout as I went for a heavier weight and lower rep range and the pump was pretty unreal. I generally avoid going to heavy to avoid additional risk of injury but I thought I’d push myself a bit today to see what I can max and I was really impressed. I almost tricep push down’s the entire stack!

Biceps and shoulders followed suit. Still utilising similar weights and reps for them but going till absolute failure and pushing the muscles to the limit is a priority so despite me not increasing the weight I still get a lot out of these sessions.

My back is coming along really well and I’m still really focused on bringing up my chest as per last weeks logs so I put a big emphasis on the incline bench and DB chest press and really looked to take a slow and controlled approach to get the biggest stretch in the upper chest and isolate the right muscles.

Also hit back and legs but nothing major to report there.

Still overall looking to get into the best possible condition before the challenge starts in June.

See a post workout pic below.

Cheers

Hey guys,

Checking in for the second time today after this mornings full body session.

Honestly todays session was awesome, the pump was incredible and long lasting, and I’m even more thrilled to say I’m weighing in at a massive 122kgs!

I can see my physique taking shape literally every week as I get bigger and leaner, and I’m super confident I’m going to have my abs coming in soon enough as I lean out - especially during the upcoming competition.

The biceps and arms really stood out this session as they ended up being really full and giving me much more well rounded look which is what I’m going for.

The key lift this session was probably my overhead extension where I went significantly heavier in the 4-6 rep range and felt that taking that approach really slowed down my movements and allowed me to focus on my form. I got a really deep stretch in the exercise as a result and it’s reflected in my post workout pic below.

Cheers guys

Hey guys,

Checking in for the last time this week with a bit of a recap and goal setting.

I was definitely happy with my two full body sessions this week. They were both super intense and I was fully recovered for each workout as I did only 2 sessions in 7 days so I was able to go the extra mile in each session. I think I may keep this structure point forward as it allows for maximum recovery and pushing even harder as the muscles will be fully rested prior to each workout.

I am also really excited about my progression regarding my conditioning. I’m still leaning out little by little despite gaining weight on the scale which is always tough so I’m glad I’ve been consistently doing that. Weighing in at 122kg this week was a big reminder of how far I’ve come in my journey as one of my initial goals was to get to 120kg with abs.

I know if I keep doing what I’m doing I’ll only keep growing and get even better condition wise so it’s just a waiting game at this point. I look forward to checking with you guys in the week for more updates/progression!

Cheers guys

Nice one, sounds like the 2 day setup really clicked for you. Keen to see how your body responds over the next few weeks too. Do you think this is something you’ll test for a full block, just so you can see how strength and body comp trend?

You usually need that 4 to 6 week window to see meaningful change in strength adaptation and body comp shifts. Anything shorter and you’re mostly just seeing neural or acute recovery changes.

Yes man absolutely. I love being able to go super hard in the gym as I’m fully rested due to only doing 2 sessions a week. I think this will be my split for a while :)

Hey guys,

Checking in for the first time this week after Tuesday mornings huge full body session. Really went hard on everything but I did put more volume into chest and back as I am trying to bring up those areas of my physique. Honestly the back pump was crazy and I even got a good photo which can be found below.

I’ve said it many times before but as I’ve been leaning out my back has become way more pumped during workouts and way easier to flex. I’m finally getting some really good definition in the back which I’m thrilled about as it is one of the biggest contributors to your physique overall.

At the moment I’m just doing pull downs and rows for back, but if any of you guys know of some other really good back movements definitely let me know!

With this being said I feel like I’m getting in prime condition for the comp coming up, so I can mainly focus on maintaiming my size whilst progressively leaning out to take the title!
