The trip was awesome. Caught up with family and friends and was able to relax as I wasn’t at work for a couple of weeks. Even better that I didn’t seem to lose any strength or size whils being off cycle for 2 weeks :)

Hey guys,

Checking in for the first time this week after an intense full body session this morning.

Back on cycle and feeling the lifts starting to progress again. Almost ran the whole stack on tricep push downs and I seem to be getting closer to maxing out the lateral raise machine which is great.

Lot of the same movements but the weights and/or reps are going up, as well as the level of fatigue after each set is going down which are great signs of strength increases.

I did also do a wrestling class today and felt my cardio did slightly improve although I’m not sure why. It may be that due to having less water retention after being off cycle for 2 weeks - that’s my best guess but not complaining!

I’ll probably be hitting legs tomorrow and be resting Saturday to hit the weights again on Sunday.

Hey guys,

Whilst I was supposed to hit legs tomorrow and rest today, I actually ended up resting yesterday and training full body today as I was still a bit stiff after workout and doing a wrestling class on Thursday, on Friday.

I had a pretty monstrous session today, with the key improvements/lifts being 70kg tricep push downs and doing 100kg preacher curl machine for reps which really blasted the arms.

Still going strong on my rear delt flys and lateral raises, as well as my back movements and others.

Another key thing to note is my diet. I feel like my calories are probably approaching 5000 at this point if not more, per day, and I’m maintaining a pretty lean/compact figure. Still don’t quite have abs but I know I will have them eventually even if I don’t diet down super hard to get them.

Overall I’m still growing efficiently and effectively which is reflected in my progress photos and lift updates, and I’m super happy with how things are going.

I’ll be resting tomorrow and will recap on the week then.

Hey guys,

Checking in for the third time this week on Sunday night to recap the week and focus on some goals before the big gearmaniac challenge on 1st June.

Really happy with the overall physique development and how I’m feeling mood wise and all.

I am just brainstorming some good goals that I’d love to hit in months time in time for the challenge which would be an 8-10 rep set of 80kg tricep push downs, I’d love to max out the lateral raise machine in the gym too as well as do 20kg lateral raises with dumb bells.

As for biceps, whilst I haven’t done curls with free weights in a while, I’d love to do a good set of 8-10 reps with 25kg dumb bells.

When it comes to back chest legs and others, just to keep progressing week by week and monitor my progress in the mirror. Things are coming along nicely and I remain stoked with my progress.

Finally, I’d like to give another big thanks to @gearmaniac101 who’s professionalism and efficiency allows me to reach my goals.

Also, very impressed that you can do 5000 cals while staying lean (y) I find it really hard to eat clean at that amount.

And I have definitely been blessed/cursed with a huge appetite. I used to be morbidly obese at around 150kg so I’ve always been a big eater but with clean foods and obviously the gear, most of it goes toward muscle growth and repair which is great

Hey guys, first check in of the week after a back and Bi’s session yesterday morning and a BJJ workout this morning.

Back and bi session was great. I was well rested coming in and really destroyed the arms with both preacher curls and cable curls, as well as the standard back movements. Whilst I can’t physically see my back, I can see in the mirror that my biceps are continuing to grow at a solid rate. Perhaps most importantly, I can feel it in my clothes! Sleeves are definitely feeling tighter these days in a good way :)

Onto the BJJ side of things, despite my BF% being decent (probably around 15%), my cardio SUCKS.

It’s to the point where I’m getting big enough that it actually hinders my cardio which won’t stop me from growing because size is ultimately my goal, but if anyone has tips on sups/PEDs to improve cardio definitely let me know.

I am weighing around 116kg these days which is pretty solid and I am inching closer to the 120kg mark which is my initial goal (with abs).

Sunday 04/05/2025 Log 1

Hey guys,

I’ll be writing logs today as I’ll be hitting the weights twice. The first time being legs which I’ve just finished, and I’ll be doing upper body later in the day.

I’m pretty well rested so I managed to get the legs pumping hard, and since I usually don’t have a dedicated leg day, I went for much higher volume so it’s safe to say I won’t be walking at 100% for the rest of the day 🤣

I’ll have a progress pic up after my upper body session a bit later.
