Hey guys,

Checking in for the second time this week after a cardio intensive BJJ workout this morning.

Honestly I think I faired better than I expected given that I am gaining significant size week by week, it’s more of a mental thing to not go all out straight away as bigger guys can gas out much earlier and so conquering that aspect of my cardio game is gonna be important as I am to put on even more size.

Given yesterdays intense workout combined with this morning, a rest day tomorrow is definitely in order, which will be followed up by a big weights session come Sunday which I’ll be sure to update you all on.

I am also going overseas next Sunday for a couple of weeks, so I want to get the absolute most out of my training before then so I am going to try take things to an even more intense level Sunday and next week. Be sure to stay tuned for progress pics!

Hey guys,

Checking in for the third and final time this week after a big arms session and also focusing on forearm development to try make them thicker and more vascular.

Overall I had a solid session in all lifts, especially in my lateral raise (machine) where I have progressed again. I will double check the weight again next time around but I am definitely getting closer to maxing the machine out which is great!

I have also come quite a long way in my back development and so I’ll definitely have to keep you guys updated with some back pictures as my lat pulldown specifically is getting heavier and heavier and the back pumps as a result are pretty insane - I can definitely feel the muscles being stimulated and growing in real time.

I’ll be resting up tomorrow and potentially Tuesday too to ensure I’m coming in fresh for my next session!

Hey guys,

Reporting back from a full body session yesterday which I was in great shape for since I was coming off 2.5 days rest so I was roaring to go!

Overall I’m still progressing at a solid rate, with a key improvement yesterday in the lateral raise machine. It’s pin loaded and I’m 2-3 levels off the max - I have felt significant growth in my shoulders since starting to use this machine and so being able to max it out soon is going to be a great milestone for me. My shoulders are for sure my best body part so I love hitting them and this machine is my go to at the moment for that.

I will be hitting the weights once or twice more till the end of the week to be in the best shape possible for my trip on Sunday so I’ll definitely be sure to report back a couple more times this week with the progress!

Nice work man! Rest days clearly did the trick. Shoulders are sounding solid. Keep the momentum going before your trip and keep us updated. You're killing it!

Hey guys,

Checking in for the second time this week after my usual Friday BJJ session.

I did find that today my cardio was worse than regular. This may be because I ate a meal about an hour before training, but I am not entirely sure as I am relatively lean so despite being 120kg I thought I would fair decent but moving around with more size is obviously proving to be a tougher challenge than I though.

Whilst the weights move easier at a higher body weight, the cardio definitely takes a hit and so I’m wondering from you guys if you have any tips on certain compounds or supplements to improve cardio at a bigger size? I would be super interested.

Despite the tough workout today I will be hitting the weights again tomorrow as I won’t have time before my flight on Sunday.

I will still be logging and training when overseas definitely ensure to tune in to the upcoming logs!

Hey guys,

Checking in for the third and final time this week right before I board my flight 😅

Managed to hit the gym early this morning for a pretty full on full body session as I’ll be sedentary for 15 hours on my flight and I don’t want to have to go to the gym again for a few days while I spend time on holiday so I had to make sure I really went to failure to use this recovery time well.

A key takeaway from this mornings session was my DB bicep curl. I hit 2 sets at the end as a finisher using 17.5kg DBs and they honestly felt like complete air. That is one of the moments when I look back on my journey and think about how far I’ve come because the fact that I can curl those for reps on reps fairly easily just shows that I’ve been growing substantially and it was a great feeling for me to reflect on.

I’ll still be completely off cycle for the 2 weeks I’m away so it’s even more important to prioritise my protein intake and keep training hard to ensure I don’t lose any size.

I’ll still be logging throughout my trip so definitely stay tuned for that.

Overall the goal is to come back looking as good if not better than when I left and get back to my usual routine once I return.

Hey guys,

Checking in for the first time this week and for the first time on holiday!

Last pin was last week Saturday and hoping I still have plenty in my system for these 2 weeks to make sure I can keep progressing or at the very least, maintain what I’ve built as I’m completely off (didn’t bring any stuff here).

I had a great full body workout yesterday with a crazy pump which you’ll see below, but I also loved the fact that I was in a new gym with new people. The new environment gave me some kind of excitement as it’s a break from the usual equipment, aesthetic and people I’m used to.

Overall my nutrition is still dialed in and so I am confident my training intensity will be maintained as I’m getting the right fuel in. My jet lag situation is great too because I wake up at like 3AM local time and the gym opens at 5 so I’m there in the morning which I would be doing at home generally.

I find I have way more energy in the morning so I’m still able to hit the session hard.

Hey guys,

Reporting today on yesterday’s insane upper body workout.

As ive been on holiday for the past 5 days, it’s been 6 days since my last pin but happy to report im still big and strong and not noticing any drops in performance.

Ultimately, next week I may feel a change in energy levels but im only on holiday till next Sunday and then I fan get back and pin again so overall im looking and feeling good, and the pump from yesterdays workout (which you’ll see below) was pretty insane as a result!

I’ve definitely noticed some bicep growth this week, even though I’m lifting similar weights, they do seem to be bigger and fuller which encourages me to try even heavier next time and see how much I can really do. I typically work in the 10-12 rep range for biceps but I’ll try in the 6-8 range with a heavier weight and see how I go.

Shoulders are still the star of the show for me and they continue to blow up which I’m stoked about. I’m really getting that rounded 3d look which really makes you stand out.

I will be taking today and tomorrow off and hopefully hitting the weights again on Sunday if I’m not too busy doing family stuff on holiday.
