24/04/26 - 1 day out from show - Morning weight 83.4kg
Notes: Got in a 45 min full-body workout in the home gym this morning before a quick shower. Didn't take any pics post-pump, but was looking very full

Had a second coat of tan, then to the other side of town for check-ins.
See attached morning fasted pics, no pump. Looking reasonably tight after 1200g carbs and 12L of water over the two previous days. Still a little smooth in the lower abs, but hopefully pulling water back from 6L yesterday to 2L today will do the remainder of the work. I'm keeping salt highish today as per last 2 high-carb/water days and will look at 150-180g carbs depending on my look later in the day. I have an OTC diuretic on hand, but with the amount of espressos I'm currently consuming and depleting water, I don't think I'll need it.
I should be on stage tomorrow around 12:30-1:30 pm. Foods will be only carbs, as protein tends to smooth me out a bit. Water will be minimal, only sips as needed.
- 6 am - 4x rice cakes with a teaspoon of honey and sliced medium banana.
- 9 am - 4x rice cakes with a teaspoon of jam
- 11am - 2x rice cakes with honey and 4x snakes
- 12pm - 4x snakes, preworkout
Will chill out for the rest of the afternoon and evening, watch a couple of movies and do some posing in between.
