When you start looking like that, it makes maintaining a lot easier. Half the battle for most is getting to see your abs. Nice work 👊
Thanks been a lot longer to get abs than I originally thought.

When I started I planned 26wks has taken well over 12months
 
So while travelling i dont normally worry to much about meal plans i just enjoy a bit more of a refeed
