Approved Log My journey to a better life

So yesterday I attended an event which i wasnt 100% sure what to expect from i had been invited by the event host and he said just come i promise you will enjoy it and benefit.

Even was hosted in saint haven ( google this insainity) we started with a 45min breath work - i was extremely sceptical about this however really enjoyed it and found so much tension was released from my body - dont think I have ever laid down for 45min without it being for a sleep.

We moved on to 45min of callisthenics and mobility stretching- this was extremely humbling and made me understand i need to work on this side of my training

The day then progressed in to key note speakers and seminars and was able to have a fan boy moment

With one of the key note speakers being David lee (author of trt 101 ) i was blessed to also get opportunity to spend around 20 min one on one with him after just having a chat

Be aware i have zero photogenic abilities and am still very awkward in photos

Stupid early training today got to gym at 4am

Bit of deadlifts and some back before getting back to the family

Have been feeling flat all week -my top set was aiming for 3 to.4 reps but just wasnt feeling the strength

Not sure if its dropping back to my trt 150mg dose or just bit off schedule and plan this week


Anyway managed to get a half decent photo using some good room lighting
