just wish to recomp so trying to dial in a caloric amount where I'm not gaining body fat. Mostly chicken, eggs and milk for protein, potato / rice for carbs and coffee for energy.

Bro day (shoulders + arms)
The actually exercises vary, but generally at least 3 exercises all around 6-15 reps. Might try to post each workout as I do them.
