Some hard work has been done here; it looks like you're dialed in. It will be great to watch the next 17 weeks
 
So here’s the before and after. Approx 6 years ago I was living the good life. Drinking most days and definitely not tracking my calories.
I needed to sort out my shit, so I hired a coach and got things underway.
My start weight was 108 kg and pretty much lost all the excess weight during my first year of training. I competed naturally in 2023 at 75kg stage weight.
Fast track to now and after introducing a few ‘supplement’ additions I’m at 91kg.
Hoping to jump on stage again September this year with a lot more lean muscle. We shall see…….
