Awesome dedication there my brother. @Skays asked a key question about your calorie counting. Tracking your calories is crucial for losing weight. If you don’t keep an eye on what you eat it’s going to be hard to stay in a calorie deficit which is absolutely key for fat loss.

With lifting, focus on safe, controlled movements to protect your knees and shoulder. Low impact cardio like walking or cycling is best and the more you do the better. Once you fix your sleep and low T, that’ll help everything fall into place. Main thing is to stay consistent and you'll see the results. Wish you all the best 🤝 I'm sure you'll smash it.

Its hard to eat these calories with atuff all carbs

I never used to count calories but when I did, it opened up my eyes on what I was actually eating to what I thought I was eating. I find that when you're starting the whole calorie-counting journey it's best to plan out your entire day and then just follow it like a check list. If you're really determined to loose weight, I would also recommend not to allow any cheat meals for the first 2 months at least. It's really hard at first and sometimes you slip but as long as you keep at it.
