5 days of jujitsu after training weights

Loose fat gain lean muscle

Health Status
healthy but sore joints shoulder and knees.

Hey gym whores

Today breakfast I’m having about 250ml of egg whites and 2 whole eggs with 2 slices of gluten free toast with avo and shaved turkey breast.

Usually lunch I’ll have 2 cans of tuna with rice

And dinner some source of protein with salad and rice

I need to track my calories I’ve been lazy but Im usually good with my foods
 
started my cycle this week looking forward to my lean gains… just finished jujitsu and trained shoulders before hand…I hit 50kgs on dumbbell pressed again, shoulders been injured for about 6months now slowly getting it back to normal, trying to hit back to my usual 60kg dumbbell press again, hopefully this test e will

Good morning

Going to train chest today, joints are feeling so sore especially around my knees and ankles, what can I take to recover joint pains? Any recommendations? And also I cut out my dairy intake for a few months now I’m lactose intolerant maybe that plays a role because lack of calcium?
 
Trained 7 days then week, feeling good. Can’t wait for my jab tomorrow…bring on the test e and masterone
 
Monday chest day and jab day 💪

I’ve been focusing on my upper chest
I start off with:

4 sets cable flys top and bottom
Incline dumbell press 4 sets
Incline bench or machine press 4 sets
Peck deck machine 4 sets
I super set these with a bicep work out
Then I finish off with triceps 2-3 work outs with superset with abbs

I do 20 min walk treadmill 6 speed and 6 incline

And I will later on and go jujitsu tonight

It'll be interesting to see the muscle once you cut down. Keep pushing with your diet there's a lot of potential there.

Didn’t push much and about to hit some Bjj now

Guys just say I’m on 3000 cal to be on a deficit and I only hit close to 2000 cal and it’s 10pm and it’s time for bed, if I consumed a big meal to hit my deficit do you think that’s fine I won’t put on weight or eating that meal my body will store it because I’m not burning it ? If that makes sense

Generally, my meal plan coach wants me to consume all the meals, even if that means doubling up or eating late. If it is within your plan, then it will have minimal impact, in my opinion.
