ABOUT ME

l've been training all for over 25yrs and no matter the injury or surgery ive always came back better, stronge and more determined
That was until I was hospitalised again after my left hip replacement surgery due to being told i got a vascular necrosis. Lack of oxygen in the blood to certain body parts. So basically cartlige dies and then its bone on bone.
4 weeks post hip surgery i developed a infection which left me 13months in hospital where I
under went 7 surgeries. As always I was determined and couldn't wait to train.
I got my friend to buy me a dumbbell rack and set tha up in my hospital room and while recovering from surgeries I'd train as much as I could. Until head of infectious diseases told me that, I'm knocking on deaths door. My system was shutting down and loosing my fight against the infection. He basically give me 2 options rest and live or train in the hospital bed and die. 12 months later & 7 major surgeries I finally got wheel chaired out of the hospital.
I forgot how to walk and my spine sized up so that when I stood up I was bent over like a old man at a angle of 70%.
In rehab I worked out 4 times a day constantly doing laps of the hallways until 2 weeks later I walked out the hallway and got to go home.
I look at life differently and definitely appreciate being healthy.
I'm on life long antibiotics but I managed to get my CRP infection level less then antibiotics could ever do by eating a clean diet and staying active.

Is it not enough hours in a day, or is it just complete kaos, the older I get, the harder it seems to be able to find the time between family, work, and gym.
Guess that's why you can either have excuses or goals and a plan. Which includes get the **** out of bed at 3am.
Training is always on point, getting blood work done Friday. So we'll see exactly how high the test has risen since beginning at 1000mg per week
3ml of test cypionate
4ml of test suspension
1 huge disappointment so far was to experience a switch to prescription cialis for 5 days. Boom completely blew away the ugls version which is really disappointing considering they claim 25mg to my half of 20mg. 10mg per day.
