Hey everyone,

Just wanted to check in and see how active this forum is as it seems fairly quiet, who's still around?

Ahh cool, nothing in particular, just keen to see and get to know some other fellow lifters, I was a long time member of the OG bodybuilding forums, and haven't been active on any other fitness related forums in a while.

I remember an Aussie Gym Junkies forum which I was a part of but I think that's also shut down now? So was just curious.
