First cycle info

Hey everyone so I'm 29 roughly 175cm and between 68-70 kilos which I have been for the last 10 years basically use to train from like 15-21 then yeah ended up with a bad injury had to learn to use my hand again and yeah spent next 8 years drinking and abusing substances but been clean for 3 years off the grog and medical cannabis for a year and been training every night for last few months but yeah wanting to bulk asap I tried a cycle when I was like 20 but didn't have anyone to inject me and wasn't comfortable doing my self so only ever done 1 Jab a week for 3 weeks for memory started with 1.5 mls off sust 250 and deca for memory one had test it,,

Anyways I'll obviously have to change my diet also cause so I've been told to something more clean but any suggestions on what's the best and fastest acting wanting to pump out a cycle then hit a cycle off HGH and yeah just live in the gym basically every night,

Max weight I've every been was like 75 kilos and that yeah literally spent all morning/afternoon training eating train eating and sleeping

Not looking for the safest healthiest method cause even from 21-28 when I was abusing grog or substances I was mainly locked up and yeah still very active and trained Dailey just not with actual weights just body weight exercises water bags and what ever else we could do/use

Firstly I’d sort ya diet out. Food intake is #1 over everything including PEDs. Try searching for a macro calculator online to get an idea how much and what you should be eating to grow at a calorie surplus. If you struggle to put on weight you could look at higher fat diet which will increase calories dramatically.

Before considering pinning again get bloods done and see how your markers are looking. You can share them on here (just black out personal deets) and get some solid feedback from the experienced guys in here.

Then if you decide to proceed, there’s verified guys on here like @gearmaniac101 that can assist. But you’re gonna have to learn to do it yourself. And making sure you’re doing it safely with your health in mind is the top priority
 
Also as much as we love being in the gym, going everyday is counter productive. 4-5 days a week is still solid and gives you a chance to recover and grow

Cheers for the heads-up about the diet but I'm looking for info about most effective vials I can cocktail,
And I can do it my self but choose not to due to IV always had bad shakes, and yeah I'm not worried about my health as silly as that may sound I just want to know the most effective roids I can stack together otherwise yeah I'ma just order test sust and deca plus hgh

First off well done getting sober and clean. 💪 i am a bit older and bigger but had a great passion for the drink and Mexican marching powder so understand the difficulties getting sober so really well done.

Have a read of my blog and story, I am rather new to this lifestyle but can tell you 3 most important parts before you even think about gear is
1. Diet get this on point
2. Training be consistent and train hard
3. Blood work - understand where you are now and what you really need if you need anything


Also remember your first time - great saying is test is best. So start with just test c or e and litttle bit of spicy oil goes a long way you don't need to blast 1000mg a week of test and tren and every thing else you see on instagram.

The boys have given you some sound advice. Getting your Bloods is essential.

If you're keen to hit a cycle just remember 1 cycle isn't going to work miracles. A lot of hard work and dedication is needed. Assuming your diet and training is under control, just start off with a simple test cycle with some anavar. Then build up from that to introduce another oil for your next one.

12 to 14 weeks of 300mg Test E and 6 to 7 weeks of Anavar at 20 to 40mg a day.
 
Thank you very much I appreciate it, I get confused about the mg? How many pins is that how many mills per pin etc? And anavar orals? I have Dianabols here but I'll order some of them instead

At 300mg Test E per week, you’d be doing a little over 0.5ml twice a week (0.5ml would be 125mg) and better to pin more frequently. And yeah Anavar orals

Yat is on the money.
Personally I feel better on 3 x week injection same dose just smaller injection.

My bloods show it balances my estrogen and prolactin better and feel i dont get any crash before next injection

Working out dosage look at the bottle it for example @gearmaniac101 testosterone E is 250mg/ml so for every 1ml you inject it's 250mg of testosterone

If you wanted to do 250mg per week take 1ml divide by total number of injection for example two injection you would do
0.5ml monday and 0.5ml Thursday
