Thanks @huxy 10wks to go expecting all going well 85-87kgs currently 92.
Currently a 5-6-day split (Arnold split) hitting all body parts twice, with strength and volume days. Most sessions are around 45-50 mins, legs about 60 mins, and 45-60 mins LISS. I'm not a social bloke at the gym, so I get around without too many distractions.
