Hey guys, im 19m. Been training for 2 years. Im doing everything right, sleeping 8 hours, hitting cals and macros, eating really clean too, training hard ect. But as expected progress has slowed down in the gym, i feel its gonna take 5 more years of training natty to reach my goals but i just want it now. I still dont look like i train when im wearing a shirt. Not to sure what i would take would but would anyone recommend looking into steroids or should i just forget about it? Also Im very healthy and have never struggled with addiction. I dont want to be on it for life, and i dont want to get crazy huge just noticeably a lifter tbh. What do you guys think?

Side question, is there a new telegram gc?

You need to understand that taking testosterone could lead to a life of taking test, and possibly infertility. PCT isn't guaranteed to bring your test back to baseline.

What's your body weight, body fat %, what are you eating?

At your age, you likely don't need to take anything.

Have you had your test levels checked?

Hey man.

Ok so im 42. I van give you my situation and hope like hell you think differently than I did at your age.

I was the same as you. Few years under ny belt training thought I was doing everything right. Food, training, rest and so on. So I jumped on gear.

Got big felt amazing thought i was unstopable.

Wrong. Iv spent 10 years of my life trying to fix all the issues I caused when I was younger. Everything crashed in my body. The PCT didnt work and my Test levels dropped to an 80 year old and I was in my mid 20s. Wasn't untill 4 years ago when I finally found a dr who wasnt afraid to talk about Testosterone that we found the issue.

Im not on TRT for life. Should have been since I stuffed my body up 15 years ago.

You are young man give it time. Your body is no where near at its peak. Many dont untill they are 30.

Can I suggest you get a proper coach. Spend the money in that area.

Also go get your bloods done and a dexca scan this will give you (and us) way more information to help you.

Also you say you dont get addicted. Roads are not addictive its the way you feel and look that does. It takes a lot of work to keep the same build after your off and most lose 50% or more of it so they go back straight in and do it again.

You have time.
