Leg day today, because i didnt really want to do Push and Pull back to back cuz i'm extremely sore from push day.

Pull day today, The switch from FBEOD to PPL twice a week was an absurdly good idea it really helps me put enough effort into each exercise.

That PPL switch is doing exactly what it should and giving you enough recovery to actually push each movement.

Another Push Day, Fairly unremarkable push day i can't lie the intensity and energy were fully standard.
My cardio is back to baseline so thats fortunate, dont get that thick blood feeling during cardio.

Push

Shoulders: Shoulder Press, Lateral Raise

Chest: Low-High Fly, Pec Deck

Tricep: V-Bar Pushdown, Carter Extensions

Future Cycle:
Genuinely thinking of pre-poning my cycle as i feel it appropriate.

Pull Day went fairly well had a little break in between as i had a technical interview to prep for, I'm also planning to move my first injectable cycle earlier put in the order for the test recently.

Sulek Curl
 
Good consistency getting the work done . Not every session needs to be wild. I believe the boring sessions is what actually builds progress. Keep training and recovery dialled in first then worry about the cycle timing once everything’s running smooth

First off, I apologize for the lack of posting in the recent weeks. I've been absurdly busy recently, mainly with some academic/career obligations mainly because im in a god-awful field (Software) which i love and hate equally the entry requirements have ballooned absurdly so ive been tied up with getting through those. I havent been slacking heavily on my training i try to get to the gym atleast 3 days out the week with the exception of New Years week. I've also finally gotten to where i want to be in terms of leaness but got alot to work on in terms of putting on muscle mass now.

Cycle News:
Test E - 250mg/Week (EOD injection, 0.30ml per pin)
Possible Alterations to Cycle:
Slowly upping dose to figure out my max tolerable dose.
Mast E - 0.8x to Test (Mild estrogenic control + hardness,strength and lowers SHBG)

Would prefer primo to mast but i doubt i'd find any, dont think importing via indiamart would be smart.
 
3 sessions a week is still plenty if they’re consistent. Lean is a good spot to be in. You’ve got room to actually push food and training and make gains without chasing fat loss at the same time. Test at 250 with mast is good. Nothing here looks reckless.. just keep it steady and let consistency do the work. Also keep in mind mast doesn’t actually lower estrogen..it more masks estrogen related sides.

Yea, 3 sessions a week is for sure enough, but i like to be at closer to 2x frequency because it gets me in the gym more often and makes it easier for me to be consistent. I've been doing my fair bit on the research on the compounds and biomechanics behind them and to my knowledge masteron binds to aromatase reducing the test -> e2 conversion.
 
To my knowledge mast doesn’t work like that. It doesn’t block aromatase or stop test converting to E2. It just masks some estrogen effects so you might feel drier or less watery even though your estrogen on bloods hasn’t actually dropped. That’s why guys can look better on mast but still have normal or even high E2. Real estrogen control only comes from dose management or an AI if needed. Your bloodwork will show this.
