AGW Fam, we’re looking to launch an 8 Week AGW Logging Competition very soon — but first we need numbers.

If you’re keen to be part of it, comment below and let us know you’re in.
No official start date yet, but it’ll be kicking off shortly.

Important

Unfortunately, sponsored loggers won’t be eligible to enter this particular comp. This one is designed to give non-sponsored members an opportunity to step up, get noticed and potentially position themselves for future sponsored logger opportunities.

How It Works

To qualify:
  • Minimum 4 quality log posts per week
  • Must be consecutive for the full 8 weeks
  • Miss a week = disqualified
  • No one-liners or spam
  • Replies don’t count toward your 4 posts
  • Mods have final say on what counts as quality
If you follow the rules, you’re in.

Prize Pool

  • 4 winners ($4000 total prize pool)
  • $1000 credit voucher each
  • Spend with sponsor of choice
There’s no 1st, 2nd, 3rd. We don’t pick winners. Every fully compliant member goes into a random spin wheel draw (same system as our weekly comps), so everyone who does the work has an equal shot at winning.

This Is The Big Part...

This is a mini comp before our major mid-year Body Transformation Comp.

Think of this as the warm-up.

Use it to:
  • Build logging consistency
  • Build accountability
  • Build momentum
  • And potentially win $1k credit with your sponsor
Full detailed rules and structure will be released before the comp officially begins — right now we just want to see who’s serious.

If you’re in, comment below.

View attachment 7764Hi team, will the full structure/ details be released today? Or have I missed it?

Hi Jay, can you give me an example of what I’m logging. His much detail are we loo
Best would be to check out previous competitors logs...

You can also check out some of our regular loggers in the 'Anabolic Steroids' section of the forum. Look for the posts that have 'Approved Log'...

How you structure your log is completely up to you and what suits your style. The main goal is to keep it useful so you can stay accountable and actually track your progress.

Things you might include are the exercises you did, sets, reps, weights used, how the session felt, what you ate, and your calories or macros if you’re tracking them. There’s no strict format and no right or wrong way to do it. The key is that the posts are genuine updates and quality tracking of your progress.

Just avoid spammy posts, one liners, or counting replies to other members as part of your log posts.
