Yeah I’d still hold off .. even at 100mg. That dose sounds low but if it’s above your natural baseline it’s still enough to shift things. You won’t really use that Test properly in a deficit anyways. It’s not gonna magically build muscle while you’re dropping weight.. best case it just helps you hold onto what you’ve got. That’s a tool you pull out when food goes up, not down.Finish the cut, get proper lean then bring Test in when calories are higher and your body’s primed to grow.
Thanks mate. I dont plan to get super lean just drop what I can before the winter to be in a better spot physically. I'll hold off on the test though, appreciate the advice.
 
Thursday:

Upper day with Calves

Had a late night followed by real early morning so I'll take the lower rep count and weights as a sign of that. But will likely go back to normal weight next week if I get adequate sleep.

Legs

Leg Curl 96kg 1x8-4-1

Felt pretty strong today with Legs. Had a lack of sleep again but got the weekend off so will make up for it. Weighed in again at 91.4kg today, but likely will go a little higher on the calories through the weekend off. Will try to stay disciplined. Next week is a busy work week so sleep will again be a factor in the workouts but weight still moving in the right direction!

Will post update of weekly cals tomorrow or Sunday.
 
Week summary:

2630Cal averaged over the whole week. Higher than I thought itd be for some reason, forgetting Monday and Tuesday were a bit over haha. But weight seemed to track well leading into Friday so I didn't hold myself too strictly on the calories. Weigh in tomorrow, not sure what to expect, but in thr 92's I'll be happy!

Monday:

Push Day

Leg ext 89 x 10, 96 x 8
Chest 40kg 1x7-2
Shoulder press 35kg 1x8-4


A little weaker today but still feeling pretty good.

Weighed in at 92.2kg so quite successful for the week! Calories still gonna sit in that 2,000-2,500 range. Should be able to make 3 sessions this week, will keep plugging.
 
Wednesday:

Pull Day

RDL 100kg 1x7-4-1
Lat Pulldown 60kg 1x8-5
Seated Row 60kg 1x8-3
Standing Calf raises 95kg 3x5

Was a bit weaker today, didn't feel too tired but had been up since midnight with work so expecting the struggle with the weights from that. Still, next week will maybe keep the same weights and see how I go, should get some better sleep haha
 
Thursday:

Legs

Lying Leg curl 40kg 1x14-6-4
Leg extension 80kg 1x12, 90kg 1x10-6-5


Small session today. Did a few more warm-ups than usual though. I missed the memo that Thursday was international Legs Day, the leg press was the initial plan but was taken, both Calf machines and the Seated leg curls, so I otped for lying and extensions. Enjoyed it though! Repped out a little slower than normal, focused the pause.
 
Weekly recap:

About 13.5k cal for the week, I'm adding 500 cal just for moments where I had to eyeball some things and going a touch over potentially as I did have a day out. Feeling pretty good, no great hunger going on. Hoping for a smaller number from last week but nothing else really to report.

As you can see that average is about 2k a day. Will be quite surprised if I've not budged on the scales.

Workouts this week are planned to be a little lower weights-wise but will ultimately depend on feel on the day!

Felt pretty good today, lower weights on bench and shoulder press but dont feel like I'm really suffering, maybe just losing some strength or a touch of muscle, visually i can't tell though.

1771 cal today, might hit the fridge for another 200cal before I go to bed. On way home from work now

90.4kg today!
 
Tuesday:

Hammies and Calves

Standing Calf raise 135kg 5x5
Seated Calf raise 40kg 1x16-6-5
Seated Leg Curls 96kg 1x10-4-2

Had extra time today so decided to go do some lifts, felt good though have been a bit low on the calories, about 1730, will likely have a bigger say around 2,500 tomorrow.
 
Week summary:

Probably going to finish around 2,250 cal average across the week. Felt a little depleted this week but still think it'll be an over all loss, so increased it a bit to push me into next week.

May not be a low weight Monday but will check the scales and expect below 90kg by Wednesday.


Almost had 4 sessions but just over tired from work so gave myself the day off haha.
