TRT Dosage

Hey Guys!

I'm interested to hear what everyones TRT dosage is. I been on it for 10 years now (I'm 48) and also do cycles in-between. Just finishing a 12 week tren + test cycle. 200mg tren e & 250mg test e. I usually do double that but as I've been getting older I've been reducing it. I read alot about different doses of TRT. Over the years I've done 250mg every 10 days to 250mg a week and past few years 125mg a week. I do bloods with my GP but interested in going through these online steroid specific clinics. So I will be looking into that. I do get the usual high bp and high haemoglobin. That's why I reduced my TRT to 125mg.

Love to hear everyone else's thoughts and opinions.

125mg split into 2 pins is fine for TRT. Anything more than that slides into a sports cruise.

I'm currently on 125mg a week as well. I find that it's sufficient dose for me.

All comes down to bloods and bp. If you can benefit from the lowest dose of test, why not. The more you try to push just increases sides.

I split my dose to 3x a week on doctors orders due to my E2 levels being elevated. Will find out more with next bloods

Normally I do the same at 125mg but also do a sports cruise at 250mg for a few months of the year as well.

150mg (3 x 50) here but think I felt the best on 125mg if I'm honest.

I guess everyones different, I like the 250mg better. But 125mg is a much safer dose long term than 250mg
