TRT - What to add to burn stubborn fat?

I've been running 250mg of test-E for about 6 months now, and I've made some solid gains. I worked with a coach/nutritionist, working out 5 days a week, daily steps and cardio all dialled in.

I'm currently sitting at around 12% body fat and I'm happy with the overall physique as abs are always showing but I have some STUBBORN fat remaining around the hips/love handles/lower back

What would be the best option to burn through this stubborn fat and add as a stack to my current TRT? (250mg a week, pin twice a week)

Anavar? Reta? And what dosages

Pretty sure the studies which showed anavar cuasing wegiht loss were in older people with low testosterone. Don't think it'll help most of us lot. I'm the same as you around 12-13%, looking to get to 9% for my holiday.

Reta would be the way to go, I'm just waiting for my BAC water to come before starting, plan to titrate up every 3 weeks, single injection, 0.5mg, 1.5mg, 3mg, 4mg.

My take would be that 12% isn't stubborn fat and not something Anavar is gonna fix. Var isn’t a fat burner. Reta is the only thing mentioned that actually helps because it kills appetite and makes the deficit easier, but it still won’t magically burn love handles. At your level the last bit always comes off from tightening the diet, not adding more gear. Reta can assist, Var won’t do a thing for that.

Reta would be an good option for fat burning, I just love reta, changed my life haha. also Tesamorelin it’s an GH secretagogue that attacks directly viceral fat and also the stubborn love handles

I thought Tesamorelin only targets visceral fat (deep fat around organs) and has no effect on subcutaneous fat?

I already have a 6 pack, it's just the last bit of fat my body is storing around hips and lower back

Hgh frag is a good option for this last bit of fat. It’s the fragmentation of HGH that is responsible for fa burning.
