Hi awesome folks,
What's everyone's thoughts / experience on say 2 to 4 standard drinks while on a course?
I've never drank on course before however while out with friends recently I had 4 standard drinks and combined with juice felt euphoric.
Won't be doing it often in any sense as I understand how bad alcohol kills gains, liver, ect.
Thoughts please guys.
 
Sounds like you had a good time! A couple of drinks here and there while on cycle probably won’t completely wreck your progress. Generally speaking alcohol hits your liver harder especially if you're already running orals like Var, Dbol, or Tren. It can mess with your recovery and hydration too. Gains wise, alcohol can slow things down a bit since it affects protein synthesis and your sleep quality. Having 2-4 drinks every now and then shouldn’t be a big deal.

I only suffer if more than once a week. Gets tricky when you got a cellar full and harder to stay focused. Extra liver herbs & cruise time is the solution if you like a drink
