I think it is very subjective. For me after stacking over test+bolde (was already a month in) I tried for 10 days at 25/day, BP went up a lot, and no particular gains but heart rate up and sleeping a struggle. Didn’t work for me (also Diana, deca, tren don’t work for me). I get real good gains on test alone or stacked with bolde. Even creatine and ligandrol work wonders so I guess it depends on the person. 1,83x97kg 10%bf here and trained for 35 years
