Okay, so let’s talk shoulders..

The rear Delt is one thing that really can make a shoulder look well structured and stand out whether it’s on stage or even just wearing a T-shirt..
Having that standout Delt fullness can really complete a great physique with a side pose POP!

One of the favourite exercise that I find is the rear cable pulls for building that shoulder to a complete look.

Few tips..
▪️ make sure you’re definitely Center on the cable pull machine. If you’re not centred, you could put more strain on one rear delt than the other which will start to unbalance your stance, and also not get an even contraction..
▪️ try using handles, and also mix it up with just using the cable. Having a hand a different angles can hit the muscle in different ways for complete development.
▪️ remember the rear delt is only a small muscle so heavy is not the way you really want to go. Last thing you want to do overload your rear delt or even tear it ..higher repetition with light weight will always build the muscle without over loading it..

Don’t be afraid to try a few different things with the handles even swapping it over to rope sometimes as I said just using the cables.
Everyone’s body structure is different so try and find what works for you and even go outside of your comfort zone sometimes and try other things

I usually do the reverse peck deck, would this be a better option?
I understand what you’re saying my bro! but personally I like the cable because it finds its own centre of gravity and not restricted to a machine movement and axis..
With the cable your own centre of gravity and muscular system can find its Center point as the pull motion comes into play..
ALSO! You can adjust the hight on the cable machine, say set high then set lower!

hope that makes sense
