Seeking Advice / Opinions Needed

I’m a 36-year-old male, training 4x per week, sitting around 77kg. I’m not overweight (ectomorph-type build, skinny wrists and ankles) and have been training consistently for a couple of years now. I’m trying to figure out what’s going on with me.

I’ve been dealing with symptoms that feel like low testosterone for the past 3 years: low libido, minimal morning erections, fatigue, brain fog, and reduced drive. I’m looking for guidance on what options I should be considering or what I should be focusing on.

I went through TRT doctors to get my blood test results reviewed, and they said TRT is not appropriate — but this was communicated via email only. There wasn’t a single phone call or discussion about symptoms, issues, or concerns, which I found strange for a health professional.

So now I’m seeking guidance on how to move forward, as I’m feeling a bit lost at the moment.

My diet is quite clean — mainly protein with some carbs. However, any significant amount of carbs seems to tank my energy and make me extremely tired, so I’ve been keeping carbs fairly minimal.

I don’t drink, smoke, or consume sweets or soft drinks.

Any advice would be appreciated.

These clinics don’t usually knock guys back if the numbers justify treatment. I get what you're saying but your symptoms aren’t automatically low test. Another way to look at it is things like low calories, very low carbs, poor sleep, stress, thyroid issues can all cause exactly what you’re describing. But it's always worth to speak to an endo as well.
