New to here seeking advice.

Hello, I apologise for a long post as my 1st.
Started working out at home 2 years ago 3 nights a week, went from 87kg to 91kg in 12 months. Use to have a pre work out and lots of protien powders. Close to end of the 12 months I'd be in bed of a night and feel like I was going to have a heart attack. I think that was the pre workout stuff in my system. I'd wake up in the middle of the night with horrific leg pain and started to have difficulty walking so I stopped training. Went to a doctor he said the protein powders form yp like a cement inside of you and shouldn't be used. And sent me for scans. Blocked arteries so waited 5 months to get into a vascular surgeon who then says need more updated scans, looks like ypu will need stints if they dont work limb removal is next or if we cant do stints its limb removal. With up dated scans and time to see the vascular surgeons again more months past. During this time i started taking some medications and naturopath medications. Started walking alot further than the 50m i could before i had to stop..When i did see the surgeons again they said the blockage it major and that stints is a waste of time so i asked is the leg getting removed. She said well its not black still has low blood flow but if think there is an improvement with things just keep doing what im doing and we will call you in six months hopefully things will be the same not gotten worse again. The blockage is in right hand side of lower stomach, groin to right leg. But all of my walking problems are left leg. Apparently very low blood flow in left leg. So I didn't train anymore for the last year 2024. I walking has improved but not 100 percent. Jan 2025 I thought well il start training again see how I go. Jan 2025 start 89kg today march 1st 2025, 90.2 kg.
I'm training 2 times a week. .on day back and shoulders, Thursday chest and arms. 2 sets of 3 exercises for a muscle, heavy weight low reps between 8 and 12 reps. Haven't been waking up with leg pain.
The increase in weight moved training and my physical look over 6 weeks is massive i feel. I'm pretty much having about 1.5 liters of water a day, 2 litres of milk, 2 eggs, 90 grams tuna and 200 grams rice for lunch and 400grams of rump steak and 4 eggs every night.
My daily meds are
10mg rosruavaton
100mg aspri
Co q10
Horse chestnut complex
The vitamins and supplements
2 tribu test capsules
1 magnesium capsules
1 berocca
10 grams creatine
The 2 days I work out I have 3 BCAA capsules before and 3 after the workout.
The hight weight low volume with 3 days recovery seem to be working.
Questions.
Why do people here say they are on viagra or cialis daily and how much.

I haven't been using protien powder. Is it true what the doctor said and it turning cement like inside of you.

What other things should I take

obviously like everyone else I want a little edge of enhancement.

Give me your thoughts and advice please.

Respect for getting back into training after all you’ve been through, seriously inspirational!

I'm not a fan of pre-workout drinks but some people wear by it, so it's more of a personal thing I think. But when I did try it, depedoing on how many scoops you can feel your heart racing, pins and needles, bidy heating up. Just really un-natural feeling. As for protein powder turning to cement, that sounds dramatic man. It’s fine in moderation, it's a meal supplement so best to sticking to whole foods. Viagra or Cialis, some guys use these for blood flow boosts or ED issues, but given your history maybe steer clear and just ask you Doctor to see what he or she says.

I'm not very knowledgable on supplements so can't comment on that. With your diet try adding more veggies for fibre and maybe drink more water than milk. Water helps keep everything running smoothly. Your training setup, focusing on heavy weights with low reps and good recovery, seems to be working for you so just keep that up.

I'm not sure about advising on steroids here, just given your past history. Try opening up the subject with your Doctor, just be upfront and honest and say your thinking on starting Testosterone injections.

Sorry to hear the dramas you went through.I may have missed it, but what was the diagnosis and how was it actually resolved and what's the chances of it happening again?

Nothing been done, they say the blockage is very bad and stints won't work. Nothing has gone black to no need to remove anything. The meds and naturopath meds have made a good improvement. Still not great but I can walk further than I could a year ago and have started the home gym again. They said they will check in around 6 months and hopefully thing's are the same or even better. So that will be about another month away. But overall feeling good. Was a smoker my whole life and they said it's from the smoking. Striving for better things and started training again and it definitely feels good to be training.
