Mid 30’s - Never Cycled Before

G’day all,

Brand new to the forum. Up until just over 18 months ago I was consistently in the gym 5 days a week and lifting well. Felt solid and was reasonably happy with my size and cut. 6,2 90kgs probably around 12% bf.

Life changed, 2 shoulder recos and an upcoming divorce has set me back, has me depressed and hating my body.

So I had been thinking I should finally give the juice a run to see if I can get back into it with a bit more motivation and surpass the shape I want to be in.

As I’ve never used any PED before I’m seeking some guidance and advice around this super simple super basic baby’s first cycle to test the waters before stacking a few compounds.

I’m thinking 12 weeks of 400mg test e.
2 jabs a week (mon and thurs 200mg each)

From weeks 4-12 adding 30mg ANAVAR per day.

PCT of Nolvadex 40mg daily for 2 weeks followed by 2 weeks of 20mg daily.

Being a divorced dude mid 30’s I’d like to avoid any gyno etc to my best ability.

I am seeking constructive advice and criticism on this as this will be my first cycle. Will give it a few days before placing an order with Ozsteroids as everyone here sings praises of the products provided.

Bloods done last week and liver was slightly high but that’s definitely linked to a few to many cold ones.
 
Good to have you here brother. That first cycle is spot on. Adding var works well for that lean polished look.

Only thing your liver markers. Vars mild but still liver toxic so NAC or TUDCA for support would be wise. Keep an ai like aromasin or adex on hand just in case. Don’t run it unless you feel it’s needed like itchy nips, water bloat etc.

PCT plan’s solid too. Follow up bloods about a month after to make sure you’re bouncing back properly. Eat clean and train hard..this first run should be a good foundation for you.
 
Hey mate, I really feel for you I know what it’s like trying to come back from injuries. I had 2yrs off with snapped ACL, then dislocated my shoulder about 4 months back. It’s a tough road and takes time to rebuild consistency and confidence.

My advice would be to hold off on running gear until you've had a few months of solid, consistent training and your diet is dialled in. You'll make quick gains naturally at first thanks to muscle memory as your body remembers where it’s been before, and you'll regain a lot faster than you think. Once you've built that base back up and start to plateau, that’s the time to think about running a cycle.

You've already done the hard part before, so you know what it takes just get that consistency back, and the rest will follow. 💪

I was lifetime natty. Took the juice pill, currently nothing other than testosterone enanthate, not intending to venture beyond that as of yet. But still was a total positive for me and I'm glad I took the step.

Welcome to making 3 years of gains in a matter of months.

I'm around that age age and in regards to gyno, my understanding
- is it takes weeks to actually form
- you'll have that long worth of legit symptoms.
- higher body fat % higher chance of aromatisation
- higher dose higher chance of aromatisation
- most advice i see is start low and titrate up
- be honest with your body fat, if you think you lost enough weight, you probably still have another few kg to lose

Diet is absolutely king. Mine was okay, and is much better since doing this cycle.

I probably worded my first post a little wonky in the initial submission.

I was 6,2 90kgs and around 12%. I was happy then, felt strong, felt good.

That’s not the case currently after blowing both shoulders out having the two recos and going through the divorce.

I’m still around 85-90kgs however no longer in shape, I feel shit, I feel like a slob.

I know my body is responding to getting back into throwing iron around. I can feel it and I still have the frame, I see the traps I see the delts but my ****ing bi’s have shrunk I’ve got a thicker waist and something to grab around the obliques.

It’s gross.

Wife is leaving the house 3rd of December and I’ve already started lifting again, my calorie deficit is already in effect to un**** myself before starting any cycles.

I just know mentally having a schedule of jabs/diet/gym to help reinvent myself is going to assist over the next year or so.

I’m keen I’m excited and am going on 7 weeks of annual leave shortly over the Chrissy period to really dial in.

I will throw some before and afters up if this is success. Just Gota get some crypto transferred before placing my order through.

Ozsteroids still the man to get the product ???? I’ve got my order already typed out on telegram. 💪
